What are business hours?
Monday-Friday 9:30am-6:00pm. Typically Jena is booked out at least a week in advance and evening appointments 2-3 weeks booked out. Occasional weekends will open up for scheduling, please feel free to ask if wanting a weekend.
Does Jena travel outside of Napa and Santa Cruz?
Yes, there will be a travel fee added.
What is the cancellation policy?
Please give Jena at least 24 hours before your appointment if you need to cancel. If canceled under 24 hours, she will have to charge for the appointment.
What does the new customer process entail?
Jena explains what she does and establishes a relationship with her clients. She urges her new clients to communicate their needs readily throughout the massage. After the session, she offers at-home advice and care strategies for her client's self help in between massages to aid in a happier and healthier lifestyle.
What education and training does the massage therapist have?
Jena completed Massage Therapy school at Fair Oaks Massage Institute in 2009. She is certified in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, and Prenatal Massage. She has passed global massage courses in Indonesia, Thailand, and Australia.
What branches of clients has Jena worked with?
Jena has worked with all types of bodies and injuries. She has undertaken clients with medical diagnoses, pregnant women, athletes, working class individuals, and children.
